Daniel Fish
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Z-Vantage, Inc., Daniel is responsible for financial and business analysis oversight of the company and its investment opportunities. He provides the executives of the company with the financial tools to manage company resources and planned growth. In the past nine years Daniel had chief financial officer and controller responsibilities for a large Salem, OR Seniors Housing Developer and Management Company. He provided the financial modeling analysis integral to the executive team’s decision to acquire a 32 acre $25 MM CCRC.

He has 14 years of multi‐million dollar real estate project experience overseeing development, management, accounting and financial analysis for 185 properties including Senior Housing Acquisitions, Land Development and Commercial Real Estate transactions. Prior to his real estate experience he worked for public accounting, bank and organizational and operational consulting companies. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting and graduated with honors from Loma Linda University in Riverside, CA. Daniel is passionate about productive and motivating work environments achieved through the effective management and coaching of employees for the profitable benefit of the companies we own and manage and for the personal and professional growth of our employees.

Suzanne Towery
Vice President
HR, Administration, and Logistics Management
Z-Vantage, Inc.

As the Vice President of HR and Logistic Management, of Z-Vantage, Inc., Suzanne’s responsibilities include overseeing many areas within the company. She oversees the human resources department and company’s administration and personnel in accordance with the policies. Suzanne is responsible for the project design of interiors along with the operational flow and Logistics Management for the development projects.

Suzanne has more than 25 years of executive management and 7 years of HR experience. From 2005 she held the position of VP of Acquisition, New Construction and Finance with a Senior Living Development company located in Salem, Oregon. She maintained more than 40 projects including Acquisitions up to $15 MM; Refinance Portfolios of $150 MM and New Construction projects up to $20 MM. Suzanne also has several years working in Senior Living Operations oversite.

As a member of the Z-Vantage team she exercises a role in influencing organizational objectives, training and coaching employees in their professional growth, analyzing and developing all policies and procedures, company strategies, operations and logistics management in the local office as well as development process’ of Senior Living Communities in several states.

Jeff Schumacher
Vice President
Project Management
Z-Vantage, Inc.

As the Vice President of Project Management, with Z-Vantage, Jeff focuses on assisting in the acquisition of developable land, securing financing for both land purchases and construction, and helping devise appropriate corporate structures that allow for partners, investors, and other participants.

Jeff spent six years with a Senior Housing Developer in Salem where he specialized in managing the investor equity across the company’s portfolio. He helped organize over $500 million across more than 200 real estate projects.

Ed Ziebart
Project Logistics
Z-Vantage, Inc.

Ed’s role as Project Logistics with Z-Vantage is to support the development of Senior Living Communities prior to construction.

Ed’s primary responsibilities are to assess, analyze and interpret the architectural drawings for materials, methodology and to propose solutions for improvements in design and construction prior to breaking ground.

Ed has a 6 years background in Architecture related education along with project management experience in homes and commercial buildings and 4 years working in an engineering office performing civil design and structural calculations.

Graeme Leggatt
Vice President
Construction Management
Z-Vantage, Inc.

As Vice President of Construction Management, Graeme is responsible for coordination of new construction design through construction and obtaining Certificates of occupancy. His responsibilities include coordination of design architects, engineers and consultants, to meet Owner and Operational objectives. Graeme also provides ongoing schedule and budget information while managing the general contractor throughout the construction phase.

Graeme’s professional construction management career has spanned over 35 years, 21 of those in the senior housing industry with over $300 million of senior housing new construction, remodel, and capital improvement projects successfully completed during that time.
